  15.     below and return it to us by mail or by Fax.  Vendors returning this 
  16.     agreement will be placed on our mailing list and will receive updated 
  17.     versions from time to time.

  25.                WinNET Mail (TM) DISTRIBUTION LICENSING AGREEMENT

  27.     Only those who provide WinNET Mail (TM) for a fee or other valuable
  28.     considerations need sign and return this agreement.

  36.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF WinNET MAIL (TM):

  38.     1.  Your library's catalog or listing must indicate that this
  39.         program is shareware.  It is not free, but it is provided
  40.         to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
  41.  
  42.     2.  The offering and sale of WinNET Mail (TM) will be stopped at 
  43.         any time Computer Witchcraft, Inc., so requests. 
  44.  
  45.     3.  Copies must be made from the copy of WinNET Mail (TM) sent 
  46.         to you with this agreement. Your copies for distribution must 
  47.         include the ENTIRE Computer Witchcraft, Inc. distribution. 
  48.         No files may be altered or removed.  This is required.  
  49.         Information files can be added that might facilitate 
  50.         connecting with other UUCP services but in no case can changes 
  51.         be made to bypass the requirement to register WinNET with 
  52.         Computer Witchcraft, Inc., or can changes be made to the 
  53.         registered version to allow unauthorized use.

  55.     4.  Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to 
  56.         Computer Witchcraft, Inc. for investigation.

  58.         In return for a license to charge a fee for the distribution of
  59.         the program WinNET Mail (TM), I agree to comply with
  60.         the above terms of distribution.
